Recently several sites have emerged, that tap into the online art galleries pulling art without permission in order to supply linkable art to patrons of web communities like MySpace, Facebook, Tagged, Blackplanet, and MiGente. (to name a few) I just want to say to these pirating entrepenuers, That I am ok with them using my art in this way as long as.... My art is not used to seem derrogatory, or demeaning to BBWs or people of the plus size community. That would be a direct contridicition to what it was created for. My logo and web address should not be removed from my work. I need interested parties to be able to find the creator of the original art (Me). My art work should appear in your code with a text link that reads, "The artwork created by JNESS of www.scarletbbwart.com." That text link should link to http://www.scarletbbwart.com. Feel free otherwise to add your slogans to the art. If you abide by these reasonable requests, then consider the use approved by me. If my clients disapprove of how work they paid for is being sampled, you will be required to cease and desist.
